
Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made for MirrieMöra properties at Yaafield, Bigton, Shetland, ZE2 9JA.
Cancellation time frames and refund policies
Full refund
Guests can cancel their booking and receive a full refund for any cancellations made 28 days or more prior to the scheduled check in date.
Partial Refund
Guests will receive a 50% refund for cancellations made 7-28 days prior to the scheduled check in date.
No Refund
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check in date will not be eligible for any refund.
Government Issued Travel Bans
In the event of a government issued travel ban, that makes it impossible to travel, either in the UK and/or the guests home country a full refund will be given upon verification of the situation.
Travel Insurance
We strongly urge our guests to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation or interruption of their stay.
If we have to cancel your stay
In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking you will receive a full refund or you may choose alternative dates if available. In the unlikely event we cannot fulfil your booking we will notify you as soon as possible to offer a refund or alternative dates.

This policy may be updated from time to time and when it is guests will be notified on www.mirriemora.co.uk by way of a notification on the homepage either in the header banner or footer banner. This policy was last updated on 27th April 2025. This policy applies in addition to any other terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.
